As Site Manager Denmark you are responsible for the success of the Danish TravelBird domain. In order to optimise this success you focus on continuously having online the right content (travel offers) and improving this content. You are responsible for the overall performance of all travel offers on our Danish website and strive to optimise key performance indicators like conversion, net revenue and retention. You make sure the right category mix is live on your site that fits the demand of our travellers and covers our travel offers. Through your team of category managers you steer excellence and manage the category management process; understanding the traveller and the local travel market, guaranteeing a fresh offering mix and steering category-related marketing pushes. You focus on the overall category push and local campaigns through different marketing channels. Additionally you are responsible for the development- and performance of your team members; Category Managers, Web Editors and Product Makers. You report directly to the Regional Manager of your country.
